We generate seven, all cash, offers above the minimum bid. Two firms bid over the top for various reasons. Buyer lands company and completes all cash sale in 35 days. Seller nets 60% more than minimum acceptable bid. All parties happy.

Seller generates six bids above minimum and selects to sell to regional competitor. Seller retains position as general manager, makes more money, has more free time, settles all debts and banks the remainder. Seller tells WCG a year later, “I’m very happy. I have everything the way I wanted it!”

After 45 days of analysis, firm management makes critical modifications in contracts, employee allocations and separates maintenance division from general operations. One family member is selected to convert to base salary with incentive pay for business development and developer consultation. New budget on realignment shows company will net 7% on gross fees in next fiscal year and greater profits thereafter. WCG remains consultant.
