Walters Consulting Group, Inc. (WCG) is the result of a merger of interests between the former Affiliated Marketing Group/1st PRO Solutions, (AMG) its founder James J. (Jim) Manning and principals of Walters Management, Inc., John Alioto and Joseph Farinelli. AMG was established in 1994 to provide association management companies with marketing solutions and business development plans. WCG will continue on under the direction of James J. (Jim) Manning. Mr. Manning has been in the association management, property management and real estate industry since 1971. After more than twenty fives years of serving owners, communities associations, developers and municipal housing elements he turned his attention to helping industry service companies solve critical problems in business building, creating value and selling or merging companies. He is the developer of the “No Risk Sale” system that protects sellers of companies from the pitfalls of adverse negotiations through escrow. Joseph Farinelli and John Alioto add more than forty years experience in community association management.
